Please Review Job Search Website

Just finished it up last week. Had a blog added for SEO purposes and just had ads added today. Please review.

I must say the ads really detract from the site itself. I opened the page
and all I saw were muscle men getting ripped in 4 weeks. Too much
considering the boxes and options to move around your site were
considerably smaller and not as eye catching. I think you'd need to
reconsider your ad layout and consider smaller text ads for starters.
you might also want to consider running ads after you build your
loyal users. Otherwise you'll be branded as and advertising site and
nothing else of value.

 

Yup, the over-imposing ads might distract your visitors. You should also add more text content for the users to read and for seo purposes.

 

Review:

Domain name: 8/10
Content: 5/10 (Needs more content certainly)
Design: 4/10 (Badly needs a more professional design with less ads)
Overall: 6/10 (Lots of room for improvement)

 

Simple design, clear purpose, maybe the logo can be a little bit better (my opinion, I don't like hand writing fonts) Blue colored fonts cause focus on the fields, I guess that is what you'd like to accomplish. Good luck with the site

Ok dumped one of the banner ads and Im trying to get the ads more targeted for the job search. Also added a blog for content. the job search works great and the blog will be updated several times weekly.

Google style, but ad is in the middle. I would replaced that! Look nice.

 

i like you idea,this is famous keyword in earth.

 

It was fast in fetching out the results for the search keyword and good in functionality.But the template and layout is not very impressive and can make more attractive by adding good design and color schemes to it.

 

the logo must be on top ( in the blog )..

 

not sure what to make of the site.
it lacks direction---what are you trying to do----all i saw were links, if i did not know what your site was about i would have clicked off.
you need to give more direction to visitors????

 

Yes I agree it needs some work in that area. i think I have the basic structure in place now its time to tweak a bit.

I actually like the Orange and the rest is perfect for it's intent.
