I'd add an image for each post. It would add some color to the design.

 

The design is not bad however, I think you should add a logo.

 

It is a hot niche and it is sure that there is more sites about it.

While the layout looks good, I think more can be done to change around with the colors and work on the design. Green plus purple combination is not exactly my favorite. But this one looks to be an overall profitable niche esp during this economic downturn.

 

i wish this site was in Turkey useful thing

I love the idea for content you have on your jobboard, its very good. infact i'd say unique i have not seen a site that gives job ideas before.. well done nice angle.

graphics are good.

layout is good.

how do you monetize the site though? not sure what your objective or service is other than providing the articles.

Good site, but I think you need to get rid of the whole cartoonish flavor, and make it look more serious.
