Adsense seem to find something they do not like and will simply ban your whole adsense account, they have done it to me in the past, and i still do not know why, they give no details regarding the reason, and as i had my adsense across 5 odd different sites it was a task of removing ad codes from all sites and simply having it on one website that has 100% "google approved" content, and they still refused to re enable my account, they are very weird when it comes to their rules.
