I like the template that looks simple and elegant and i like the logo personaly.The contents are well organsied and your topic looks interesting..

 

the site has a group design and look to it.

how are you monetizing it and do you have traffic coming in? cause i only see one ad down below and out of sight.

 

Honestly I don't see how your template is related to your topic...

Some pictures would make it look more interesting.

Also I would include a tag cloud to for SEO.

 

good content, but.. i think..you must rearrange your template site.cause think..your topic didn't match with your theme site..

Donp, there are ads in the posts and on the sidebar. I try not to over-do it with the ads.

Yes gladiatort, Fraud is not a topic a lot of people are interested in...... until they get scammed.
