looks ok. the flashing flv, where flash goes was kind of freaking me out though. Thought Santa's evil half brother was going to jump out and get me.
The load was about 15 sec... At first I didn't understand what this was about, but I realized you were supposed to click the links on left side to choose a video. Interesting concept, but I think you should have made it more clear what user is supposed to do to begin with. For example the person in the first video could have said something like "Choose the options over there", and then point on the links. I also don't seen what's the point of this, unless it's entertainment online. If you want this to be just entertainment I think you should have done more with the videos, some imaginary videos, for example when I choose Night Club the video could show a Santa Claus dancing in a night club with some wicked behavior. It's probably too much work, but if it had some really good entertainment it would be more likely advertised by the viewers, and you could place some ads on the website for income. I like the design, it's clean and easy, nice looking. Good luck with your site
