    Header is looking good but alse part is much better is could more better just go to http://www.freewebtemplates.com/ and pick some nice idea about your design if you are not very well in designing just PM me i will help you .......

    Layout need a bit of work. The content is good but it does not say read me it very heavy.
    The video could better position and video is cool and funny that about it

    The header image and content looks good but the template is simple and bit plain without any attractive designs and color schemes.
