    drop the adsense on the right corner

    adsense there doesn't looks good, other features are good.

    Has a lot of spelling errors, e.g. "Kinder Garden", "Apparels" etc.

    The "Forward to Friend" and "Report Spam" links don't show the hand when you hover, which is inconsistent with the other two links next to them, which would confuse users.

    the url's at the bottom are too scattred...

    try to reduce the distance between them.

    Its good to see since 2006 Indialist has come a long way and doing very well in India. I will give Indialist a 5 star!
