more in this site to make it more professional.Please help me

I'd say you've selected not really appropriate design for such a site. It looks more like a forum page, that's juts my subjective point of view.

As for making the site more professional, I would certainly start with making the page wider and arranging your portfolio more. You may arrange your previously create banners under diiferent categories: size, theme, colour, etc. For now, the portfolio looks a bit messy

 

I would rather use another logo. It's too childish. And yes, Tom had a good point about the design. Even thou it's simple, which is the good part of it, it doesn't look professional.
Search for some other sites on this niche and see what you can do to improve.

make it prettier. Your a graphic designer but the site looks bad.

Impressive ) It looks like the auditor had done great job for you.By the way your website looks pretty.Also,in my opnion your banner designs are great.But you should do some works on your sales letter.May be you may add a video on the first page.Fiverr guys may help you about that

 

It's simple but I'd say "I design banners" - it's better English IMO than saying "I design banner". That sounds like an incomplete sentence. I was born and raised in the UK.

Also I'd recommend a complete re-design. If people want to buy banners then your welcome should scream "we make great banners!". After all if you are so great at making banners then surely your website should look great too?

You need to put lots of samples on there and testimonials.

testimonials/comments look great, nice, clean, and some good design in portfolio, but not so sure about main site header, very pixelated white outline in header image, not so good for header designer

 

You're right, that's actually the common recommendation within this thread to upgrade the design of the site as soon as possible

 

Design looks a bit old. There is plenty free and premium wordpress themes that will look much better that it is now. As first impression for design company, whether it is banner designs - is essential.

 

For customer, they cant find information about your work flow. Customer want to know after they pay for it, what you will do to them. Such as contact the client within few hours after payment, turnaround time, any revisions etc.
