    A tutorial? It took me about 2 weeks to design it, 8-12 hours/day. That would be one hell of a tutorial...

    Very nice, can see you spent quite a while on design as well as content, always good in my book.
    Can you slow down the slider transition just a little? - I was trying to read each of the 3 step cycles and the slider was changing before I'd had time to read it all (and that's from a native Englishman), wouldn't slow it down much so visitors know the images transition, just a little bit slower so we have time to read and digest info.

    Your navigation list font is bit difficult to read due to its small size and font-family too. Plus your tagline color combination is also making it illegible.

    In totality , your site is next to excellent!

    Generally, i think your website is well-designed. However, i do think the navigation menu background color (blue) should be changed as it is somehow conflicting with the overall color scheme. The navigation menu font should be larger also. I think it is great to put a more informatics or even emotional triggering heading just under your website title.

    Site is nice but in my point of view go with the internal pages rather then making your home page too long. And expand the header not in height but the width then i would say it would look more nice.
