They're way too busy. You need to find a common design instead of random styles everywhere... otherwise it's just too random and looks really unprofessional. I'd also do away with the pictures of people -- it's cheesy, and there's always a more professional/elegant way to convey what you're trying to do without using them.
I only looked at honestworkers.com but I thought it looked good. 2 suggestions for it though 1)the honesthomeworkers.com top banner, the text needs to be centred, it looks a bit off. 2) The ebooks ad at the bottom just doesnt sit right with 'honesty is the best policy' personally I'd remove one or the other. Wicked looking site though, I didn't think your photos were cheesy, at least not on this site.
I agreed with kjarva with the head banner...You need to center the words...people tend to see it better that way...The success story should be the highlight....for honestworkers.info, the info about the main purpose of the website should be eye-catching...and this site, definitely need more publicity....
