thats a pretty cool site, the ad placement is great actually and I don't think theres anywhere else you could put them. I love the design and the header is awesome, did you make that yourself? With promotion this could be a great site!
Design looks great, especially the top header image. Navigation is easy and the pages load fast. As for ad placement, maybe add a rectangle or half banner ad in the main content area, those tend to have better click through rates.
