The site is in Armenian, you might not be able to read what is written, you may even see squares in place of letters, but what interests me is the design in web2 style, codes and etc... www . hacker . am / beta Waiting for your response
I would suggest u to use normal text instead of these weired texts Design is clean and cool (I love the black designs)
Your logo is not quite Web 2.0-ish. Try to remove the glow, use stroke and some gradient. Try some colors from here: http://www.modernlifeisrubbish.co.uk/article/web-2.0-colour-palette The rest of the design is simple, well organized, perceivable.
For the right menu, make the height align with your content area, so make it a bit larger. For the arrows.. I would make them a step smaller and add a space between them and the text.
what is the language used ??? I am all confused after looking at your site, its Black ok Hackers prefer Black.. Logo is good (what does it mean? )
I can't read the navigation bar. Though it has cool color combination, without a readable texts / link its visitor could be limited on certain community.
I like simple designs like this. But strange caracters/language may turn visitors off, or maybe this is a coded language for your friends ? I like the logo too.
