The logo is being updated and graphics aren't really a primary objective tbh, having a following community and providing a decent website however are.
If you want a decent website, you'll need some images. It takes like 5 minutes to even realize that it's a gaming site if you don't read the title
I have to agree if you didn't read the title you wouldn't know it had anything to do with gaming when you first get in and i'm not one for dark colors makes it hard to read just my 2 cents
It's all subjective of course but . . . it feels a bit dreary. Getting rid of some of the grey (and shades of grey) would help alot. Also, I agree that images would help alot. Otherwise looks great, good luck with it!
