great site, i see you put a lot of work into this site. just a few minor points from me.

1. the small flash in the top left corner wouldn't load for me. is it important? if not get rid of it.
2. the project name is clickable, but the project description is not. yet the font looks the same. how about underlining the project name.
3. i think you need some kind of rating system so that programmers can share information about employers (who pays on time, who pays late, who keeps changing specifications) or perhaps a forum.

thanks for your input. i still have a little tweaking to do on the site. a couple of the things you mentioned, i already know. that sucks about the flash. it's not too important but i kinda like it.

does anyone else have a problem with the flash at the top left of the site?

any other suggestions?

Great website for freelance. I think you should update your website skin.

 

the skin is original. i had a professional designer create it.

 

Did you do any testing on opera? Site kinda looks jumbled in opera and like monosodium said flash thing is not working.

 

what is opera?

The flash logo works for me. And opera is a browser. Pretty nice looking site
