    I looked at your website. I think it is a good service your offer. But don't you think your site is a bit static? I think you will benefit from adding a button to the bottom of the page for the free sign up - Demo etc - Your buttons is what draw your customer to action. Hope this help.

    A good service, so why you dont promote it more on the startpage? From my point of view it takes too long to understand the real benefit (and there is one!).
    Try to catch the visitor more emotionally e.g. by asking "Are you angry because you already lost 1000s of dollars because of server downtime?"

    I think your site is good, but perhaps add more color to it. I agree with the previous 2 posts as well. Readers enjoy those who can relate to them and can offer them a solution to their problem. State what your site can do as powerdude has said.
