    Hi All,

    I run a family website service at the above link. Although we've been in business since 2005, we recently redesigned our site. I'm seeking feedback primarily on the homepage:
    Is our service offering clear?
    Is the next steps/calls to action clear?
    Are there any major questions or concerns that come to mind?
    Any other thoughts/feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    And if you have time to watch the 3 minute demo video and provide feedback on that too, that would be great! I just finished it yesterday and I'm not sure if it is too short/too long or moves throw the slides too fast...

    The template looks very professional with attractive design and color schemes and has nice functionality.The features of the site looks good but it was very slow in loading completely.

    Perhaps gone a little mad with the flash which might be effecting load times. Do the sidebar buttons really need to be Flash?

    Flash buttons - yes maybe we can do away with those if its hurting load times - I'll look into that

    I like it.
    font type is ok, maybe too much white colour, you could place more titles there.

    Great site IMO. Very nice design and easy navigation. Also its very clear what the site is about.

    I didnt like the community page with the little arrows and numbers with the links next to them. I would either remove the arrows or the numbers but not keep both. just my opinion
