HI, I'm hardly a pro, but there are some basic things THEY say which might help your site. First, it looks good and the two pages I looked at were easy to understand. That is good. Your Metas are very keyword heavy. That is good, but may be too much. There are differing opinions on that one. Keyword density on-page is very light. They say to have 200 words per page. You could add some fluff at the bottom about your purpose and increase total words and keyword density. When I checked the cached text on the Google toolbar it said you had been spidered on Dec 17, but the page that came up did not look similar to your page. If you don't have the Google toobar you should go get it. That is real strange to have the cached/spidered page look different. I suppose that if you changed it totally since Dec 17 it would make sense. It was the same estate-zone.com, but there were no links on the page similar to your nice, neat list of states. That could be a problem. Also, it didn't show you having any links. If you want some I could trade some. You have a great start. Good Luck
bobertcole, it is a new site and google is known to show NO backlinks until the next update!! try using yahoo or msn to find out about that. also the page has been indexed on December 25!? anyway, site looks alright, tho id really recommend to use more text with better keyword densite as bobertcole has mentioned.
thank you for the keyword suggestions. yes, the site is really new. I regged it last Dec 13 and my cached here is dated Dec 15. I guess, this is a good start coz after 2 days the site was indexed by G.
If you want to get a good idea of what Google sees as possible backlinks go to google and use this command. yoursite.+com or net or whatever it is. This will give you a good idea as to what google sees for BLs.
Very clean directory. I like it. However, you may want to re-look into getting a customized logo. Good luck with your site.
