You should post up the URL...but the design looks okay...try a small banner for the top so viewers can instantly see what you are talking about...but everything else looks okay. you have enough ads posted up. btw i love korean food and im spanish
The ads are fine. They blend in well with the content so I wouldn't worry too much about that. The blog looks good. The only other suggestion I have is to put a box around "Advertising on DolsotBibimbap.com" so it stands out a little more... unless ofcourse you intended to have it like that
