simple and straightforward...I would prefer to see the content centered rather than to the left.

 

the content is aligned to the left so that it blends in with the Google ads...

i think placement of ads is good...also the logo is fine
overall good design and structure

i would move the input field in between the ads so you can have ads on top and bottom

 

Try placing a very light grey behind your adsense ads (much like what you have for your table above)
