My site is www.crpfdot.blogspot.com and applied for adsense fourth time now, again disapproved my application after second review and reason is "Site does not comply with Google policies".
Please anyone help me to get rid of this situation by reviewing my site and tell me what is the problem with my site.
content of my site are originally written by me and images got from creative commons and are attributed properly!
I don't know what is the problem
Please help me!

This is often Google's polite way of telling you that your site sucks. It does.

 

You need to read the policies, terms and other guidance as it is very clear why your site wasn't approved. There are many reasons (that have been pointed out here).

Your website looks like a crappy mess from the 1990s. Or something a cat vomited up. I would have bounced, but forced myself to look at it longer so that I could give you a fair opinion. It's under construction (how can that be missed?!?!). The content is garbage. Make a genuinely useful and meaningful website then you might have a chance. In your design, you have completely ignored user experience (it was truly awful using your site). Once you do actually get to the stage of making a site, this time test it on people and use their feedback to improve it. Don't rely upon your cat/cow/donkey/whatever dancing on the keyboard to make your design.

Before making a website, come up with a plan.

Search Google and learn how to make a business plan. Do that before you even have an idea.

Next, come up with a genuinely good idea. Avoid heavily saturated markets (i.e. everyone and their uncle, granny and great grandfather are already making sites for) and don't be too broad, but instead focus on a nice you are an expert in (or have good knowledge).

Make your plan. Part of that will be for your website. Hint - making it pretty comes last.

Make sure your content is yours, is useful, isn't a rewrite or copy and paste. Again, test it on people, get their feedback and use it to improve your site.

Always - ALWAYS - focus on your audience!

By the way, the best kind of people to test a site on are ones without knowledge of SEO, web design or anything like that as they will feed back on the user experience, the benefit to audience, which is the most important.

As per your suggestions, I updated my website i.e. www.crpfdot.blogspot.in but again AdSense has disapproved my a/c with showing the same reasons - site does not comply with google policies.

You didn't whatsoever. You are never going to get approved with that site. I told you to make a genuinely useful and meaningful site.
