Here are my thoughts : 1. Color scheme, over all it's OK but the top 1/2 doesn't appeal to me. I think it's that yellow bar that bugs me the most. 2. What is this ? I had to read 1/2 down the page to discover what this forum was about, maybe try moving that part to the top. 3. The navigation part in the upper right corner. The only reason I found this was because I was intently scanning your page, maybe do something to make this stand out a little better as well. my 2 cents. gl !!
I think that there are too many forum categories so it makes it to appear to have few posts when in fact it doesn't. Condense the General Chat and just make it one board instead of 5 or 6. If there is a need to create a seperate board for jokes, news etc then do it otherwise it makes the place seem rather quiet. Same for Site Information, you can get merge News, Upcoming events and Site News. Also, the Polls category seems to be rather unnecessary, I think. Hope that is of some use.
