Very clean site and lots of information. No real call to action on the home page. Hard to tell exactly what this site offers.

You might want to make your logo a little more prominent. Also, why are there two navigation bars? I'm not sure I have seen that before. Finally, on the bottom of the home page you have two add boxes. Both are blank and one is clickable but there is no ad, just a white box. The bottom of the page looks a little strange. I would recommend getting rid of those two boxes and shortening up the page a bit.

Your niche is good, it seems like enough people would be interested in learning more about corrective vision, eye care, etc. I don't quite get the domain you used, ...it doesn't make sense until I see it on your home page with 'eye' highlighted.

Design is decent, the adsense seem to be placed in a good area for clickthroughs without overwhelming the appearance.
