Well Organized site. If I had to think of an improvement, I would suggest that you give more detail or external link in your Job Description posts - they are very general. Maybe something about issues to consider when starting a career in that field or job title.

 

have you thought of having a logo designed? I feel it may increase the professionalism of your site.
