Hi Gang! I am working on creating a forum that is targeting people who work in call center environments. Most people that i know work in these type of jobs are young, students and smart people. I am looking for this forum to be a place where employees can come share experiences and knowledge and because they are young i want to make sure the theme doesn't look to business like. Please let me know if there is anything i should add like features, forums, etc... http://callcenterforums.com/ Trust me i will appreciate all feedback that is provided and will work on the suggestions.
It looks good, interesting niche, theme is perhaps a bit grown up. Good if you are at work and trying to look on task. I'd be tempted to run a column down the side with 8 "trending" items from 9Gag just to add a bit of light relief. Your biggest challenge is to get people to sign up and post but if you have friends working in the sector I'm sure it'll catch on.
For forum at start it is good to have less categories in this way you can manage better. On the other side the design is good, it is clean forum.
It's an interesting niche that you have found. In the beginning it could help with having less categories, just as @robert4u has advised. When time goes and members start to sign up, you could see what's popular and create new categories based on this.
