It looks great, but I think you should "remove" some of the pictures on the homepage and add them on older pages (page2, page3, etc.) to make it look better

I've re-checked your blog, and found that its look better now with LOGO, try to hide Header text "Design Shairi" I think Logo is very visible in header so don't need to add same text in header.

 

I agree with @patco, Go to in your blogger dashbaord -> Post setting And add 10 posts on home page. Your readers will stay long on your blog and you will get more pageviews. Also limited posts on home page will improve your blog loading time.
