You have one of the strangest web services sites I have ever seen. The problem with it being so strange is that very few people, at least here in the U.S., are going to use it. I have never seen a Contact Us page where I can't contact you, unless I am submitting a ticket. What if I wanted to hire you, what am I supposed to do? You can't set up your site like an obstacle course and expect people to use your site to hire you. Even the email link at the bottom of the home page can't be clicked. This is a serious sign of incompetence and undermines your entire value proposition, namely, that you know what to do and how to do it on a website. This is one of the funniest lines on your website: "One of our goals is to make your website experience pleasant, easy, affordable, and most of all enjoyable". How can anyone have confidence in you, if you can't accomplish this on your own website? There is no About Us information. People want to know who they are going to be dealing with. Who are you and how much experience do you have? Your home page is just a "wall of text". No one is going to read it. People don't read paragraph after paragraph. They want to scan and click on links. You need to have sub-headlines, bullets, italics, bolding and other features that make it easy to find the information they want. If you want to see what a professional web services website looks like, for a company headquartered in India, take a look at www.redalkemi.com. Your site looks like it was created in a vacuum. Like you had never seen a professional web services website before and just sat down and created one. The best thing you could do to help yourself is spend some time searching on Google for web design services, seo services, etc. and see what successful firms are doing and what their websites look like. One thing I will promise you . . . your site will look nothing like successful website service firms. It is truly "one of a kind", and not in a good way. You are perfectly free to have any kind of site you want to, no matter how strange it is. The problem is, if you want that site to bring you new clients, at least here in the U.S., you are in trouble. As far as your original question goes, "Please review my site & tell me whats wrong with it", it would be much easier to tell you what is right with it, since there is so little that is right.

One thing I noticed that might helps is to shorten your title tag and try to focus on those golden keywords that you want to come up for rather than such a long thread of services. You might also want to integrate some more visuals as you scroll down and read about your services, maybe even some icons. A rule of thumb is that when people see long content, they simply wont read it. Try to break it up more. Get a website layout book and read about how to capture attention, how to use color, and content effectively. It'll help a lot and take some of the guess work out of it.
