does tatkal mean anything or is it just a pronounceable made up word? Both will require a huge marketing spend to generate the brand awareness to get any meaningful market share and therefore revenue. I'm sure you've factored that in to your decision to join the classifieds sector so late in the game though. I'd probably run with quikr even though misspellings like that annoy me intensely.
It looks like both are brand names from elsewhere. Tatkla - an Indian government scheme - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tatkal_scheme Quickr - a popular Indian classifieds site - quikr.com Both are someone else's brand, their trademark (registration is irrelevant, usage is what is important). The OP should try to find their own unique brand instead of trying to take advantage of someone else's. Although, like Sarahk mentioned, it's a bit late in the game for classifieds. If it's a route you want to pursue, go very niche-specific and add extra value, more reasons for people to visit your site and monetise in different ways, not just through selling classified ads.
