Your top-menu's mouseover effect is not working properly in Firefox. Also when I click on Make Money section About Us page appears. I think you should re-organize your links and create new pages about boils. There is only an article on your homepage. You can enrich your content in the future. Also I don't suggest you to put photos of boils, cause this can be disgusting Good luck with it
