As said above, you need to fix the footer. Everything from the horizontal green HR and above is fine. The content, on the other hand, does not flow together. Maybe some vertical HRs and bg colors might be able to fix this, but some way or another you need to make sure everything flows together. Also, make sure a visitors can easily distinguish one article of content to another on your index page. Good luck.
