I can't totally agree I'm afraid, the design seems very outdated, the colour scheme is poor, The content seems good though, which is always good, just a new design, layout and some more images would work wonders don't forget the SEO either.

I agree with I4Visual. You need to change the design as well as color and also add some more images.

 

The color chosen is lame. No images and no attractiveness. The layout looks extremely simple. You need some serious mock up on designing phase.

 

Select better color scheme and use nice images for the header and make it better

 

I think you need a more specific theme that just "article site". No one is going to go to it and you're going to have a hard time getting trackingn with google if no one wants to go to it

Also what are you aiming for with this site?
What will be the main benefit for the visitors?

nothing wrong with your blog just need good traffic
