Hi guys, I have just created one of the microsites Angry Hours to promote a registration page of an Avatar Coaching program. Yes, logo is still missing, so disregard that... It's a 2 days old site. Could you please advise how I can improve its SEO position (on-site)? What can be done better? Also if you know any high PR sites where I can post some comments / profiles to get good backlinks, i would appreciate it also. Thank you in advance. You rock!

There is too much going on regarding backgrounds, my instant desire when i open the website is close it. Sorry but this is the honest truth, you need to remove at least the main background image so it doesn't repeat in the header.
