Its not too bad.. I think the whole exercise / fitness industry though is all about aesthetics you know.. a big deal of people exercise to look good its all about how things look.. so your site should be congruent with this.. include alot of graphics to allow people to visualise the key benefits of using the site. Good work though!

Site looks good over but here are my 3 suggestions... 1- consider moving the Adsense ads... strategically there is a few better places for them (Google to see your options) 2- I would consider reversing the colors of your Adsense ads. Make the title the dark red color and the ad itself the gray color. 3- The site seems to load a little slow in Firefox... You can always find sites online that will check your page load time and suggest ways to improve it. Good work!
