Please review adsense on my forum

I have added two ad layouts. A text leaderboard at the top and the image leaderboard at the bottom.

What do you people think of the placement and layout?

I'am still not getting traffic so analyzing the results is not yet possible.

i dont like leaderboard as an ads format. i think you must add adsense inside your posts

 

No one is going to click that it foes not blend with the rest of the site, try to change the colors of the phone and link text.
