Hey that light blue colour for the ad heading looks really good. Only thing I'd do is make the url's black not green. That blue colour works well with your site so I wouldn't change it.
Only thing to maybe try is experimenting with a 'Big rectangle' in the postbit as opposed to the large horizontal banner showing after each post.

Its blending with your site perfectly and placement is really good I think you will get lots of clicks so you should have good impressions too

 

Your site does not fit well in the window(width wise). I had to scrol to see the next extreme.
