Not a fan of Joomla but site looks decent. Looks like there may be a few errors in containers. Try blending the ad a little better. change the link color to match the other links in the site like the navigation.. Maybe ad another 160x600 ad on the left side and a 468 banner or two in the content. Goodluck. hope this helps.
