Please review Ad Placement

I just finished with this site http://uploadem.com and I am curious as to what you think of the ad placement. Please be honest and brutal if need be.

 

Um...you posted this is the wrong place.

But anyway, the ads are obviously ads - so no one is going to click them.

 

what do u recommend I do?

 

Definitely blend the colors to match your site. And maybe stick them in between File Upload (2) and File Upload (3).

 

I have changed some colors. How does it look now?

 

Neptune - looks good to me. Although I'm not a placement expert by any stretch of the imagination.

That means its in a good place

Place link unit under banner of site so that its look like navigation menu.

 

IMO it looks a bit strange that the text on the bottom ad's is larger than the other text ad's.

It looks quite cluttered but I suppose thats understandable as you want people to click them? Site colours and appearance seem okay.
