    as i can see, you have only a 728x15 link unit, and this ad is missplaced too. :)

    just search with google for a better looking movie theme. there are tons of it.

    Great placement: I only would change the color of the google ad on the right hand site from yellow into blue, so that is is similar with the page color-sheme. ;)

    this looks more user friendly. and the only suggestion i would make is to change the 160x600 ad into the color sheme of your site.

    but hardly 30c in adsense

    get more traffic = 150*10x = 1500 users
    150 generates 30 cents = 1500 users generates 3$ :) i love mathematics.

    Your add looks good, blends nicely with the rest of the site, however I think you could have a few more.
    Have you got a search box? And maybe a few link units.
