    Hi,

I would be grateful if a few of you could take the time to quickly review my current ad placement on http://www.theps4forums.com. Please be sure to visit some of the inner pages too to get a clear indication of the current placement.

The reason why I'm requesting this is while the blog now recieves over 700 unique visitors daily, the CTR is generally below 1% at all times. If anyone could offer some advice and recommendation on placement & palette choice I would appreciate it.

    Many Thanks,

I like it. I wish though your blog would be wider, so that instead of the 250X250 ads you could put two 300X250. They are easily noticeable.

Adsense ads placement is good. It is directly seen by visitors. But it seems that there are also other ads which can also grab the attention of your visitors.

I would think about an adsense link unit, right above the two double box ads... It would look like a Nav bar...

Also I would put some space in between the double box ads at the top...

Have you thought about using the rectangle in the blog post content, rather than the 468x60 banner?

The reason why your AdSense CTR is below 1% is because your website design is too busy. The Amazon ads on the side, along with all other ads and graphics, cause the AdSense ads to become less noticeable. You If you think that the Amazon ads and the other ads are making good money for you, then just dump AdSense altogether. Otherwise, you have too many ads competing against each other.

Focus on creating a more simple looking website design, with fewer ads, so that a visitor's eyeballs are focused towards the content. Then place AdSense units near the content.
