    Very good blending of the ads in your content area. I think it would work better if you changed the green URLS to black instead (so they won't stand out)

    Nice site and ad placement. I'd move everything on the right column to the left. My eyes were going back and forth from the sidebar to the main content. Don't fight it, make it easy for your surfers to find your ads!
