Please review about my ad placement

Hi friends,
I have designed and completed this website yesterday.
I have put adsense ads on it.
I need some reviews about my placement of ads

 

The ads on the left look entirely out of place to me. Maybe make the background of the sidebar area that they are sitting black as well and center the unit.

I think your header is a bit too big, people rush through websites these days and many do not bother to scroll to read anymore (especially with lower resolutions). Personally, I would get rid of the top margin and reduce the header by about 30 pixels. This will allow visitors to see your ads and text even without scrolling.

I don't think you should have adds on a companies website.. not very professional, maybe?
