It looks nice but I don't understand what the flash animation has to do with IT or business unless it is farming/countryside related.

Nice header graphics. Agree that the links should have some hover effect, like color change. Not a big fan of scrolling text on right, but it works here. Nice clean design and pleasing to the eye color.

the client wanted something windooze related, so it was supposed to resemble an xp style desktop. all the images relate to an operating system/it product.

ok ill look in to rollover buttons

I think the design works well. I would like to see the text scroller on the side changed; maybe pause a couple seconds once a blurb is in focus, or change it in some other way; constant scrolling is distracting.

    Nice design.
As mentioned, add some type of rollover effect to the links. Nothing to wild, just so the user knows that they are actually interacting with a button.

Also, I think the flash banner works on the home page but isn't needed on any of the interior pages. The loading of the banner on each pages take away from the look.

I think its perfect accept for the speed of the flash, maybe try to make it smoother.

Great flash banner. Navigation bar isnt the best font in my opinion, green or light blue rollovers would be amazing there. The gray makes for great contrast. The design itself is a bit plain but a nice overall look.

I think better put more space between the right scroller and the time, it's too close
