It is fairly neat and unique, I quite like it. The main issue I can see with it is that it isn't obvious a lot of the links on the page are links, they look too similar to your normal text. Consider underlining or recolouring them. You might also want to revise your HTML to validate at http://validator.w3.org/ since there are a number of problems with it that could potentially confuse some browsers.
