30% commissions lifetime.. That's a bit low don't you think? A developer creates a theme and only gets 30% commissions, you do nothing and get 70%? It should be the other way around. Developer gets 70% you take 30% for letting developers use your platform to sell. Themeforest gives sellers 50%-70% of the sales. You're being a bit greedy in my opinion.
The site itself looks good enough. However I think 30% commission is too low, especially for a new site. You should attract new users with a better offers. Good luck!
