Good site, got the basic right, i.e header tags , divs instead of table. However 2 thing:-

1. Ran it through w3 validator, found 148 errors.

2. How about moving your content above the dopdownlists in your code, worked well for me.

You're targeting a lot of keywords in your page title "Fort Worth Texas Real Estate | New Homes & Condos for Sale in Ft Worth Tx". Might be better to pick the keywords that are really important to you (ex "Fort Worth Real Estate" and ditch the rest as the additional words detract from the importance of your key words.

 

The site looks good but I agree with zaberOO I think your title is too long.

 

Did you do anything recently on your site? I keep a log file of any changes I do on my site just to keep track of things.
