but

From a quick skim, the spelling is ok, but there are a lot of grammar mistakes and inconsistencies.

Cholesterol sometimes has a capital C and sometimes doesn't.
You keep calling it "the cholesterol" which is odd.
You say scientific explanation, but definition would be more appropriate.
Tran's fatty acids should be Trans.

Like I say, the spelling seems ok, but it's harder for a computer to check grammar and make sure things actually make sense. You should get a native english speaker to proofread things.
