    Everything looks well organized, the thing that seems wrong at first sight are the header images. They are dull. Replace them with better quality ones. :)

    Very simple theme. White is power!
    But avoid too much adsense advertisement in your blog. It might affect your reader's perspective and also affect your revenue.
