Looks absolutely professional. The only thing I can come up with is that maybe the description of the 5 videos could be more informative.
Additional I did a short survey on how many backlinks you need to get a Page 1 ranking on Google. I took the title of the page as keyword phrases All following numbers would bring you to position 6 on page 1 "Loan Modification" needs 1172 backlinks "Foreclosure Help" needs 648 backlinks "Stop Foreclosure" needs 659 backlinks These numbers are the median of the top 10 sites using those keyword phrases, interpreted as exact phrases. So, more is even better. My advice would be to find .gov sites with blogs where you can add a url in the comment. .gov sites are most likely to have these subjects in any type of thread what you can do is use google. Go to the google search page and use these three lines: site:.gov inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" "Stop ForeClosure" site:.gov "powered by expressionengine" "Stop ForeClosure" site:.gov “Powered by BlogEngine.NET†inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" "Stop ForeClosure" Do that for each keyword and keyword phrase you use. These keywords should at the position where, in the above sample, I wrote the "stop foreclosure" keywords. Google and other search engines have a multiplication factor for .gov and .edu sites, meaning that one backlink from such a site has higher value than eg a .com , .org or .net site. (actually a Page 1 .gov site backlink has the same meaning as 555 backlinks from a page 5 site. Go figure. Good luck with this cool looking blog.
Wow, thanks for the help and advice. Truely nice of you. For "loan modification" I have only 418 backlinks right now and havn't started of the other keywords yet. It takes time. Thanks again.
Well, thats really a nice blog. No one can say that its your first blog without knowing it. Just needs to add a footer and some ads in the last botton left side sponser tab. And need some On-Page SEO done. Overall, its really a nice blog.
I need some opinions please. My site is hosted by wordpress.com (can't monitize it as i'd like) The site I have now is LoanModSource.org (.org lends to a trust factor?) 2 months old BTW I just purchased LoanModSource.com I'm getting ready to self-host my site on a dedicated server at BlueHost. The problem is the .ORG has over 400 banklinks with more to come. Would you transfer the .ORG to the BlueHost or would you start from scratch with the .COM I could self-host the .COM and forward the .ORG to it? Any advice would help. Thanks
Nice bog design! However, just few notice on the Blog Title Design seems editing is not perfectly done, the image back ground at the image perimeter looks a bit rough. Nevertheless, the design itself is nice cheers, http://theinternetmillionaires.com
Congrats on your purchase to start with, good job Cool, most of the time these hosting companies offer shared servers. Now you have better control. Starting from scratch with so many backlinks would be a loss of the profits you now have from the backlinks. AFAIK the backlinks point to your LoanModSource.org site, using that name in it. Therefore, what you need to do is change the DNS IP when you have the .org on the new server. DNS Servers will start using that new IP within 24 hours. So maybe for a short while the backlinks might not work, but that will be corrected as soon as the new IP is known. I don't think this will affect your PR on most search engines.
