Chances are that you wont find many directories that offer inner PR from within their directories as google only offers it to Yahoo directory and a handful of selected others or directories that they haven't found yet. The cost of PR links has tripled if not quadrupled lately so be prepared to pay out the nose for it.... I would advise directory owners not to post the urls of directories that still offer inner PR as these threads are viewed by everyone including their engineers... post at your own risk!
