    Hi,
I need a good and reliable web host that should allow high traffic (just 30K UV for a day from 4 sites) at least 8 hours per day. Right now I am hosting my sites (wordpress) in a popular web hosting, their http server is okey for high traffic but their mysql server is a shit. Coz, of this I lost $200 in 2 days.

Can anyone recommend a good solution for this.

    Thanks in advance.

Well, since you have managed to build websites that get 30K uniques a day, you probably know your way around the Web.

I personally use Bluehost, which has worked well enough for me, but my websites only get 1000 UVs a day.

I heard lots of good things about Rackspace and MediaTemple for high end hosting services...

If you've lost $200 in 2 days that suggests your making $3K per month. Why on earth are you you looking for shared hosting? If your site is so valuable, why are you spending just a few bucks a month to host it. Get yourself a decent VPS or Dedicated server.

If your making $3,000 a month then I would go with a dedicated server, its basically a day or two worth of sales but at least your site won't get taken down.

Bluehost, or bust. They have went down twice for me in 1.5 years, for less than five minutes. Once this happened without me being warned in advance. The other time they emailed me twice in a one week period, warning me my sites would go down for a bit.

They're awesome, and worth a little extra.

Made2own has the best hosting in my personal opinion. Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited space for shared hosting, and it's dirt cheap.

1and1.com hosting is actually pretty good. They are huge, but their customer support is decent, and you will be hard pressed to find a better deal for the money.

Well, I have a friend who hosts a big online game at Hosgator's dedicated server and his game never went down. I personally think that there's no better customer service and better dedicated servers than Hostgator. And yea 1and1.com if fine too, but since it doest use Cpanel (It didn't have the last time I used) I dont like it too much xD
