Here's the features I need. A user login system with private user homepage. There will be no member to member interaction, only business to customer. Within the user homepage I want a menu that will list the services provided by the website. Service 1 Give updates and allow user to download upon completion. auto send email when completed. Service 2 User lists something for sale, needs the ability to edit / delete listing. Service 3 Lists purchased products Other features like update profile, contact us, ticket system (perhaps) etc. Is there a CMS out there that can do this or one that I can base on and customize to achieve these features?
